Q: What happens once I have registered?
You will receive an email or faxed confirmation packet within 24
hours of credit authorization. Your confirmation will include:

If you do not receive this and you have provided payment
details, please call. Credit cards are billed upon registration.
Q: What times do classes start and finish?
Classes typically start at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM on all but
the last day, which may vary.
Q: What are the Terms and Conditions?
Prices:
ESI reserves the right to change course prices at any time. In
the event of such change, confirmed registrations will be
honored at the original price.
Cancellations: Scheduled Seat/Open Enrollment: By Student
Please notify ESI as soon as you are aware that you must cancel
a class. Your options will vary depending upon the amount of
notice you provide.
No Notice
- Failure to attend your course without prior notification will
be considered a "no show" and the full course price will be
forfeited.
1 - 15 Business Days Notice
- If this request is received 1-15
business days before the start of the class:

Only a student substitution will be allowed. Substitutions
are allowed as late as 3:00pm one business day before the
start of class. |

Approval from the Customer Manager is required. |
 |
Refunds or reschedules are not permitted. |
16+ Business Days Notice
- If a cancellation request is received 16 or more business days
before the start of class:

First Cancellation of the Class - The first time a student
requests to cancel a specific class, the student may: (i)
receive a full refund or (ii) reschedule the class.

Cancellation of a Rescheduled Class - If a student has
previously cancelled a class and does so again, the student
may only reschedule the class. Please provide future date
with cancellation request. |
Cancellations: Scheduled Seat/Open Enrollment: By ESI
ESI reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 10
business days prior to the class start date. You will be
notified at that time of such change or cancellation. Please
keep this in mind when making non-changeable flight
arrangements. In event of cancellation of classes by ESI,
customer will receive full refund of fees.
On-site/Dedicated Training
Customer cancellations or rescheduling made within 15
business days prior to class start will be subject to the full
course fee.
